We are looking for our future Business Developer forming new strategic partnerships! Do you have a sense for business and clearly see how potential partnerships could unlock value for both sites? You enjoy identifying new business opportunities and building a pipeline of new potential partners sounds exciting to you? Then working in our Business Development department might just be the right thing for you!

You will be working in an international environment and work on projects that attract millions of international users each month.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be operating at the frontlines of digital performance media for one of the fastest-growing online media companies in Europe. That means, you will:

■ Help us identify new business opportunities by leveraging our existent content portfolio.

■ Actively build a pipeline of potential partners and establish contact with the relevant counterpart.

■ Build partnership strategies that facilitate overall revenue growth.

■ Manage and expand existing partnerships .

■ And so much more!

What We’re Looking For

■ Studying for/recently graduated from Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a business / economics field or social sciences (applicants are usually in the top percentiles of their academic or professional peer group).

■ Understanding of the affiliate marketing model.

■ Excellent problem-solving competence, organisation skills and pragmatic

working methods.

■ Fluency in German and English language, Spanish would be a big plus.

Even Better

■ Working experience in business development and / or (digital-) media.

■ Understanding of classic and digital media business models.

■ Advanced command of Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs and

filter-functions are a no-brainer to you).
